These terms apply to everyone who sells photos or videos on jako store (“seller”). By creating a seller profile you accept them.
1. Your content
You may only upload content you created yourself and for which you own all rights. People who can be recognised must have agreed to be published. You keep the copyright of your work.
2. What you allow us
You allow jako store to show watermarked previews of your items, to promote them and to sell licenses for them to buyers. Buyers receive the Standard license described on the Licenses page.
3. Prices & commission
You set the price of each item (from 1 €) or offer it for free. Every paid sale is split: 50% seller, 25% jako store, 25% site costs and payment fees.
4. Payouts
Your share becomes available 7 days after the sale. You can request a payout from 20 €; we pay by PayPal or bank transfer (IBAN) within a few working days. You are responsible for declaring your income and paying your taxes.
5. Review & removal
We review every item before it goes live and may refuse or remove items that break these terms, without giving a reason in obvious cases. You can remove your items at any time; buyers who already purchased an item keep their download.
6. Refunds
If a sale is refunded or cancelled, the seller share of that sale is removed from your balance (or deducted from a future payout).
