Because digital files cannot be returned, purchases are final.
When we refund
- The file is broken or cannot be downloaded and we cannot fix it within 7 days of your report
- The product is clearly different from its description or preview
- You were charged twice by mistake
How to request a refund
Send us your order number and the reason through our contact form within 14 days of the purchase. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
